1. PAYMENT
Client agrees to make payment in full or according to payment plan upon receipt of the invoice. Payment constitutes acceptance of the below terms by the client. Payment confirms booking and provision of aforementioned services for the duration of the Contract. Course materials are accessible for a term of one year. All digital and consultation services are charged in currency stated on the sales page.

2. DISCLAIMER
The Client acknowledges that course materials are provided with the intent to educate, inform, and support. Our Services Are Not Medical Advice. The advice you receive from Little Winks Sleep and The Stoplight Approach is for informational purposes only and is intended for use with common early childhood sleep and behavioural issues that are wholly unrelated to medical conditions.

Little Winks Sleep and The Stoplight Approach advice is NOT intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioners regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis, and before following the advice and using the techniques described in Little Winks and The Stoplight Approach course materials. Reliance on any information provided by Anna McMillan, Cherilyn Orr, Little Winks Sleep and The Stoplight Approach is solely at your own risk.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY
The client's business and financial information will not be shared or distributed under any circumstance, to any party. Client information is stored in password protected files.

4. REFUND POLICY
Little Winks Sleep and The Stoplight Approach do not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting or coaching services provided. As stated above, the material in Learning Your Littles is provided with the intent to educate, inform, and support and the nature of the program does not provide TRACKABLE results. Therefore, no refund policy applies to Learning Your Littles.

As this is online content, if there is any viewing of the content the purchaser voids any cooling off period.

5. COPYRIGHT

All images, text, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, videos, logos, taglines, trademarks and service marks are owned by and the property of Little Winks Sleep and The Stoplight Approach or the properly attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part. Modification of any materials contained on, or provided in the Courses and/or Coaching Materials is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You​ ​may​ ​not:
Re-sell or trade your access to courses or coaching materials;
Share the materials with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted to receive it;
Reprint any portion of the materials , except as set forth above and for your own individual use;
Republish any of the Courses, in part or in whole; Distribute any of the materials contained in the Courses or related materials and/or communications as your own;
Reproduce and alter any part or whole of the Courses for distribution as your own work;
Claim ownership or use over any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos and more; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of the Course (and its related communications and materials);
Use our Course or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).


6. CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES
Even though our Courses and/or Coaching Materials are not physical property, you can be charged with theft or other face civil or criminal penalties if you copy, steal, infringe or otherwise violate these Terms. We reserve the right to prosecute infringement to the fullest extent allowed by criminal or civil statute in any jurisdiction allowed. You explicitly consent to personal jurisdiction in British Columbia, Canada by opting into or purchasing any Courses/Coaching or accessing its related communications and/or materials.
